A Virtual Bodysex Workshop with Laura guides you through all of the education and rituals shared during an in-person workshop and invites first-person sharing of your experiences. Videos and podcasts support you through practice between your five 75-90 minute weekly group sessions. Plus you can schedule one individual session with Laura for additional discussion or coaching. Nudity is not required.
