The resistance is definitely the mirror work. I have to allow myself to be vulnerable.

I have no idea how to work through this. Possibly journaling and allowing myself to be free.

While reading this book what stood out the most was that Betty thought something was wrong with the way she looked. After her lover told her nothing was wrong and that she was beautiful, that opened the door for her to realize that all women are different. We as women need to accept that statement. We are all beautiful.

          • Was there a moment from the video that stood out for you? Why was it meaningful?
Then read other responses and comment if you wish.

The moment that stood out for me was the connection between all the women at the end. It was all seeing each other as these beautiful creatures. It was meaningful because sex is a beautiful thing. This tabu has been formed around it. It is natural and wonderful.

          • Did you feel resistance while watching. while watching the Bodysex Documentary? If so, what is your resistance and how do you plan to work through it?

I did feel a little resistance while watching. I can’t explain why and I will have to figure that out on this journey.

I love the word Sisterhood. This is spot on. It is amazing how Bodysex helps you become the woman you want to be. Every part of us is so connected.

For me Bodysex is empowerment. It is reclaiming our bodies, our power and all the magic the comes with it. It is releasing the shame, guilt, embarrassment of what we hold inside from the world and ourselves. Bodysex is spiritual. It is us choosing what energy we want to release and keep. It helps us to eliminate blockages to enhance not only our physical wellbeing but our emotional wellbeing.
